1. Market analysis and strategy formulation: dynamically grasp the market prices and competitive trends of drilling tools, and regularly submit market analysis and forecast reports;
2. Customer development and management: Maintain existing relationships with major clients, focus on developing end users and distribution networks, and increase regional market share;
3. Team building and training: Establish and manage sales teams, develop performance incentive systems, and regularly evaluate member performance;
4. Industry collaboration and support: Collaborate with production and technical departments to promote the optimization of drilling tool products and solve after-sales problems;
Adapt to high-frequency business trips (covering customer scenarios such as mechanical manufacturing and mining development)
Qualifications for the position:
1. Education: College degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, mechanical engineering, or related fields;
2. Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial products (tools, machinery, etc.), and over 1 year of team management experience;
3. Proficient in sales process management, including channel development, business negotiation, and contract fulfillment;
4. Outstanding communication and coordination skills, skilled in cross departmental collaboration and maintaining relationships with major clients;
5. Customers with resources in the mining, infrastructure, and construction machinery industries will receive extra points;
